Revenue Safety Net™ – Terms of Service
Revenue Safety Net™ is a managed revenue capture and call-handling service provided by Revenue Recovery Systems LLC.
By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope: Revenue Safety Net™ includes system configuration, call forwarding, missed-call capture, email alerts, lead logging, and ongoing system monitoring. This service does not replace staff, guarantee revenue amounts, or provide call center services.
Setup Fee: The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration or provisioning has begun.
Billing & Commitment: This service requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Monthly service fees are billed automatically. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance of the commitment term.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate business information, forwarding numbers, hours of operation, and approval for call routing.
No Guarantees: Results vary based on call volume, responsiveness, and business operations. Revenue Recovery Systems LLC makes no guarantees of revenue or job volume.
Limitation of Liability: Revenue Recovery Systems LLC is not liable for missed calls due to carrier outages, third-party failures, or incorrect client information.
Avoidance of Doubt: This is not an AI voice agent, call center, or CRM license. Clients do not receive software access.
