Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using any product, software, hardware, or service from Revenue Recovery System LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service from Revenue Recovery System LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or access our platform.

Products and Services Ecosystem

Revenue Recovery System LLC offers specialized digital infrastructure and phygital tools, including:

• Digital Infrastructure & Custom Web Engineering: Professional business websites and automated workflow architectures (such as missed-call text-back triggers, lead-capture engines, and database reactivation setups). These are built for an initial custom setup and design fee ranging from 497 to 500 dollars, followed by an ongoing monthly recurring software management, cloud hosting, and automation maintenance retainer ranging from 297 to 497 dollars per month.
• Phygital Hardware Anchors & Smart Tap Devices: Specialized customer interaction tools (including our Google Review Accelerator and Instant Tap Pro card lines) custom-configured to eliminate customer journey friction. These are delivered for a one-time hardware key setup fee ranging from 49.99 to 99.00 dollars, paired with an ongoing cloud utility subscription ranging from 4.99 to 9.99 dollars per month to maintain active token status and prevent dynamic link decay.
• Operational Strategy & Roadmap Sessions: Targeted professional system diagnostics, baseline gap evaluations, and customized operations roadmap configurations delivered at specified fixed-fee tiers.

All Sales Final and No Refund Policy

All purchases are completely final and non-refundable.

Custom digital implementations, custom website architectures, and automated backend communications require intensive manual configuration and dedicated engineering resources that begin immediately upon transaction processing.

Physical hardware anchors and accelerator products are custom-programmed specifically for each business client at the time of the order. Due to the fully custom and labor-intensive nature of these services and hardware configurations, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Subscription and Retainer Terms

• Monthly recurring retainers and cloud utility fees maintain your software systems, digital hosting, communication workflows, and dynamic cloud tokens in an active, operational status.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle via secure pre-authorized credit card billing.
• Clients may cancel their ongoing retention agreement before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for the current active billing period upon cancellation.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend services, deactivate dynamic cloud tokens, or take digital assets offline if a subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days of the initial decline notification.

Destination URL and System Control

For all custom Smart Tap devices and hardware anchors, the client's destination link is provided during setup and programmed into the dynamic cloud framework by Revenue Recovery System LLC. The customer acknowledges that:

• Link modification requests must be submitted in writing to jeremy@revenuesafetynet.com.
• URL modifications are subject to administrative processing timelines and may incur standard service configuration fees.
• Revenue Recovery System LLC retains administrative infrastructure control over all dynamic cloud routing for the duration of the active subscription period to preserve asset integrity.

Fulfillment and Shipping Processes

Digital fulfillment sequences, portal provisions, and frontend mockups are initiated immediately upon onboarding verification. Custom digital assets, web architectures, and workflow configurations are fully deployed and delivered to the client within 5 to 7 business days.

Physical hardware anchors and printed accelerator cards are processed, custom-programmed, and shipped via standard carrier networks within 48 to 72 hours of transaction clearance. The Company is not responsible for postal carrier delays or regional transit interruptions.

Custom Web Architecture Retainer Commitments

Specified web infrastructure retainers carry a minimum contractual commitment period as outlined in the client onboarding agreement. Following the expiration of the minimum commitment term, the platform management retainer automatically converts to a standard month-to-month agreement. Clients may request cancellation by submitting a 30-day prior written notice to jeremy@revenuesafetynet.com. All past-due balances must be fully resolved before a contract termination can be successfully executed.

Limitation of Liability

Revenue Recovery System LLC's total aggregate liability to you for any claim, loss, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our product ecosystem shall not exceed the exact total amount paid by you to the Company for the specific service or product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential financial damages or lost business profits.

Intellectual Property Protection

All proprietary branding, functional code, dynamic cloud anchor structures, automated reception frameworks, and marketing systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Revenue Recovery System LLC. No website layouts, customized system logic, or technical frameworks designed by the Company may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or reverse-engineered without explicit prior written authorization from the executive team.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Grand Forks County, North Dakota.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or adjust these operational Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms are immediately effective upon being posted to the website infrastructure. Continued access to our software utilities or hardware products after any update constitutes full legal acceptance of the revised Terms.
